1. Low temperature environment:
Polyurethane air pipes perform very well in low temperature environments and can withstand extremely low temperatures without losing their flexibility and durability. Generally, the operating temperature range of polyurethane air pipes can extend from -40°C to +80°C. Even in extremely cold environments, polyurethane air pipes can remain relatively soft and are not easy to become brittle, break or deform, which makes it an ideal choice for winter outdoor construction, ice and snow clearing, and refrigeration and cold chain logistics industries.
For example, when maintaining mechanical equipment in cold areas, pneumatic tools are often required. At this time, polyurethane air pipes can ensure that the tools work normally in low temperature environments, and there will be no air flow restrictions or pneumatic system failures due to hardening of the air pipes. In cold storage, refrigerated trucks, and ice and snow covered construction sites, polyurethane air pipes can effectively avoid damage or breakage caused by sudden drops in temperature, which is often not possible in air pipes made of other materials. Therefore, the advantages of polyurethane air pipes in low temperature environments are very prominent, which can greatly improve work efficiency, reduce maintenance frequency and equipment failures.

2. High temperature environment:
Polyurethane air pipes can not only cope with low temperature environments, but also perform well in high temperature working environments. Its high temperature resistance makes it a reliable choice in industrial fields with higher temperatures. Most polyurethane air hoses can operate stably under temperature conditions between +80°C and +120°C. Its heat resistance makes it very suitable for places where high-temperature gas delivery is required, such as spraying operations, foundries, glass manufacturing and automobile manufacturing.
In these high-temperature environments, traditional rubber air hoses often age, soften or even crack due to high temperatures, while polyurethane air hoses can maintain structural stability and are not easy to deform, soften or become brittle, ensuring the normal operation of pneumatic tools and equipment. The heat tolerance of polyurethane air hoses enables them to be used smoothly in heating mechanical equipment, reducing safety hazards caused by air hose damage. In high-temperature environments, polyurethane air hoses can effectively transport compressed air and provide continuous and stable pneumatic power, thereby improving work efficiency and ensuring production safety.

3. Indoor temperature-controlled environment:
In most indoor working environments, polyurethane air hoses also perform well. Because polyurethane air hoses adapt to a wide temperature range, they can work stably in common temperature-controlled environments. For example, in offices, workshops, factories and homes where the temperature is between 0°C and 50°C, polyurethane air hoses can provide continuous pneumatic support without being affected by the ambient temperature. Compared with other air hose materials, the advantage of polyurethane air hoses is that they can effectively avoid hardening, aging or breakage of air hoses caused by temperature changes.
In these environments, the flexibility and wear resistance of polyurethane air hoses make it very suitable for long-term and high-frequency use. For example, on the automated production line of a factory, pneumatic tools and equipment need to run continuously, and polyurethane air hoses can effectively provide a stable air supply to ensure the smooth operation of the pneumatic system. In addition, polyurethane air hoses are also highly resistant to ultraviolet rays and other environmental factors, so they will not degrade or damage after long-term use in a closed environment with temperature control. Its low friction and anti-fatigue properties also enable polyurethane air hoses to work stably for a long time, reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance costs.

4. Automobiles and mechanical equipment:
Polyurethane air hoses are also widely used in the fields of automobiles and mechanical equipment, especially in work under high temperature, vibration and complex environments. Automotive engines and mechanical equipment are often exposed to high temperatures, dust, and other external factors. The high temperature resistance, friction resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance of polyurethane air pipes make them an ideal choice for pneumatic systems. In industries such as auto repair, construction machinery, and agricultural machinery, polyurethane air pipes can be used as pipes for pneumatic tools, pneumatic equipment, and air transmission to ensure efficient operation. For example, in the automotive manufacturing process, pneumatic tools need to operate for a long time in a high temperature environment. Polyurethane air pipes can withstand temperature fluctuations in the engine compartment while resisting wear caused by vibration or friction. Even in the application of heavy mechanical equipment, polyurethane air pipes can provide stable airflow to ensure the operating efficiency of mechanical systems. Due to the strong UV resistance of polyurethane air pipes, its service life in outdoor exposure environments has also been effectively extended. Whether it is a high-temperature engine compartment or a workplace full of dust and friction, polyurethane air pipes can operate stably to ensure the best performance of mechanical equipment.
